New monthly series at Dashi Wine Bar: Wine Swap Wednesdays 🍷
First Wednesday of every month, 7–9pm. Bring a bottle to share, taste what everyone else brought. We're seeding the very first swap with a bottle from Rías Baixas — a 2024 Albariño from Do Ferreiro, picked up in person from the Méndez family, who called this vintage nothing short of iconic.
No agenda, no pressure — just good wine and good company on a quiet Wednesday night.
First one: September 2, 7–9pm. Bring a bottle you're excited to share. RSVP appreciated so we know how much glassware to set out.
