Everything You Wanted to Ask About Disclosure, Accommodations, and Being Neurodivergent at Work (But Were Afraid to Ask)
Should you disclose your diagnosis to your manager? How about to colleagues?
How do you ask for an accommodation without making it a whole thing?
What if you're worried about being treated differently?
What do you do when a coworker misreads you as rude, or checked out, or difficult?
Most of us figure this out alone, usually by getting it wrong first.
Join us for an honest conversation about being neurodivergent at work. Disclosure and accommodations, sure, but also the everyday stuff. Managers, coworkers, meetings, feedback, and the gap between how you're working and how it looks to everyone else.
The first half is our panel working through the questions that come up most. The second half is yours. Ask whatever you want, however you want. Out loud, in the chat, or anonymously if that's easier.
To make this as easy as possible to attend:
• Join anonymously if you'd like.
• Cameras off is completely fine.
• We'll record it and add it to the Chapter resource library.
Whether you're navigating this yourself, supporting someone who is, or trying to be a better manager or teammate, come join us.
See you there.
