Centre for Young Lives: Growing Up Well Showcase - Thursday 15 October, 1-2pm; Online

​The Centre for Young Lives is delighted to invite you to an online showcase of our Growing Up Well Model.

​Growing Up Well is a place-based systems change programme that provides the framework for identifying the mental health needs of children and young people; building partnerships across health, local authorities, schools and community services in response; and designing and delivering a joined-up model to improve young people’s mental health through community-based preventative support.

​Designed and delivered by the Centre for Young Lives and developed and tested with Yorkshire and Humber ICB in its first phase, the programme shifts local support systems away from crisis to early intervention. It aligns closely with and supports the national ambitions of the NHS 10 Year Plan. You can read about Phase One of the programme here.

​Growing Up Well has now entered its second phase, whereby the Centre for Young Lives will work with two new ICB areas to further test and refine the model over the next two years.

​The online seminar will mark the launch of Phase 2 of the Growing Up Well programme, highlighting learnings through our partners in Humber and North Yorkshire, and introducing our two new areas.
