Mentor in the Mirror
โMentor in the Mirror ๐ช๐ชโจ
A night for women ready to stop outsourcing their confidence.
โAn evening for founders, entrepreneurs, and any woman feeling the pull to start something or change direction in their life, business, or career.
โWe're joined by Viktoria Cornelius, a coach who works with women on trusting themselves and getting out of their own way. She'll walk through the three conditions she uses with clients to quiet the inner critic and become your own mentor: letting go of fear, guilt, and shame, taking care of your body, and getting honest about how you self-sabotage. You'll have a worksheet to fill in as she goes, so you leave with something real, not just notes.
โThen we open it up for live hot-seat coaching. Bring something you're stuck on and Viktoria will coach you through it with the group, only if you want to. Usually what one person is working through is exactly what half the room needed to hear.
โThe goal is simple: you leave with a clear next step for yourself, a two-week plan you actually wrote, and a room full of women worth knowing.
โโจ How the night goes:
โArrive, grab pizza and a glass of wine, and settle in
โ๐ Quick intros: what you're building or dreaming up, and one wish you have for yourself
โ๐๏ธ Viktoria on the three conditions, with a worksheet to keep
โโ๏ธ A few quiet minutes to write down what you actually want
โ๐ฅ Live hot-seat coaching for anyone who'd like it
โ๐ค Next steps and takeaways
โStay and mingle as long as you like
โ๐ Who it's for
Founders and early-stage entrepreneurs, the wantrepreneurs still deciding, and any woman feeling the urge to pivot, in her career, her work, or her whole life. If you're wrestling with being fully seen, trusting your own gut, or the quiet sense that you're meant for more but keep getting in your own way, this room is for you. You don't need a company or even a business idea, just the itch to change something and the willingness to trust yourself with it. Come solo, or bring a friend who needs the nudge.

โMahika Hari:
I'm the founder of Centr, the app to help you be a better villager by making it easier to remember the big and little things, make and follow through on your plans, and understand your social battery.
โWhile our app is in beta (and beyond), we're hosting community events in NYC and Chicago to facilitate a return to play and connection, bringing people together while learning something new AND having a fun time doing it.
โViktoria Cornelius:
I'm a Ukrainian immigrant who grew up in Los Angeles. I spent a decade leading political fundraising strategy for presidential candidates and angel invested in companies you would recognize. And I still felt hollow. I knew I was gifted and did not know how to access it. I tried everything to fix it. Therapy, EMDR, hypnosis, ketamine and MDMA therapy, plant medicine and reiki. None of it gave me what I actually needed.
โSo I blew up my entire life. I left my career in politics, ended my engagement, and moved states. And that's when I finally figured out what was actually holding me back. I had to stop looking outside myself and set the conditions for the magnetic powerhouse within me to surface.
โNow I help women who know they are meant for a big life unearth their most powerful, magnetic selves and build the wealth and impact they were made for.
