One of the first 10 women to squat over 700 pounds, co-producer of the first TEDx, and a 20-year veteran of tech and venture marketing, Dana Wildeboer learned the hard way that being strong makes you harder to kill. After cancer, ectopic pregnancy, and chronic illness nearly derailed her executive career, the physical foundation she'd built became the only thing that kept her standing. Now she teaches organizations and women over 40 to build that same foundation through WildeFit Coaching & Consulting because the best preparation for your body and organization is your ability to stay strong when everything else is changing.
