You craft messages for a living. And yet there's a voice in your own head that regularly tells you you're not good enough. That someone's about to find out. That this piece of work isn't ready yet, even when it is.
Let's attempt to change that together.
What to expect
A safe space to share your experiences
Practical exercises
A small group format that makes real exchange possible (15-20 participants: big enough to bring diverse perspectives, small enough to stay cozy)
What you'll walk away with
The relief of realizing you're not the only one, more clarity on your own patterns and a toolkit for the hard moments when you most need it. Tips to fight your imposter syndrome.
Who's leading it
Laura Franceschin, professional coach at In Your Groove with several years of experience within the EU environment in Brussels, focusing on burnout prevention and self-confidence.
About Laura
I spent years working in communications and advocacy in the EU bubble, and I know firsthand what it feels like to be good at your job while quietly wondering if you're good enough. The imposter voice. The endless revision. The burnout that finally made me stop and listen to myself.
That experience is what led me to train as a life coach and it's exactly why I work with so many professionals in Brussels. I've been in the rooms you're in. I've felt the pressure to perform, the discomfort of visibility, the exhaustion of carrying it all while looking like you have it together.
I'm not here to tell you to think more positively. I'm here to help you see yourself more accurately and to give you tools that actually work on a Tuesday morning when the doubt kicks in.
