About Event

Join us on September 26th for the first private Berlin screening of Desert Lilies, a female perspective on endurance sports.

The documentary follows Alice’s journey to race the 2024 edition of Desertus Bikus: a 1350 km ultra gravel challenge from Hasparren (FR) to Setúbal (PT).

Caught between the fast pace of work, city life, and her love for cycling, Alice signs up for the race in search of limits, self-belief, and inspiration: to see what she's really capable of and maybe spark something for others too. Along the way, she meets Anna, winner of the Marathon des Sables, whose story of resilience helps guide her preparation.

Desert Lilies is a film about endurance, doubt, courage, and the wild joy of going all in.
