​By Q3, most leaders have stopped asking whether the year is going well and started just trying to get through it. The early energy has worn off, the calendar is full, and somewhere along the way, you may have stopped noticing how you actually feel about any of it.

​This session gives you a chance to surface before Q4 arrives. Through guided writing prompts, you will take stock of what the year has cost you, what has quietly shifted, and what you want to be true about how you finish.

Attend if you started the year with clear intentions and have watched the calendar quietly bury you. If you've been running hard, making it work, and haven't stopped long enough to ask whether you are still heading in the right direction, this is for you. You do not need to be in crisis. You just need an honest hour before Q4 arrives and makes the decisions for you.
