LONDON Weekend Immersion Workshop: The Honey Method
Join Amina Taha for a two-day immersive workshop experience designed to help you deepen your practice through a methodical, science-informed approach to movement, mobility, flexibility, breathwork, and mindful awareness.
Across the weekend, you’ll explore flexibility fundamentals, mobility training, breathwork, meditation, inversions, strength, and body mechanics in a way that is accessible, intentional, and applicable to all levels of practice. Each day will focus on different areas of the body and movement patterns while building a deeper understanding of how to move with greater control, awareness, and efficiency.
Day 1 — Hips, Splits & Inversions
11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Day one will focus on lower body mobility, hip flexibility, active range of motion, and the foundational mechanics behind front splits, middle splits, and inversion work.
Together, you’ll explore:
Flexibility fundamentals and mobility training
Hip opening and lower body range of motion
Front splits and middle splits drills
Hamstring flexibility and strength
Core engagement and inversion foundations
Breathwork techniques to support mobility and nervous system regulation
Guided meditation and mindful movement practices
This session is designed to help you better understand flexibility training while building strength, control, and a deeper mind-muscle connection within your practice.
Day 2 — Spine, Backbends & Shoulders
11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Day two will focus on spinal mobility, thoracic movement, shoulder flexibility, posture, and the mechanics behind safe and sustainable backbending.
Together, you’ll explore:
Spinal mobility and full-body range of motion
Shoulder flexibility and stability
Thoracic extension and upper body mobility
Backbend foundations and drills
Active flexibility and mobility exercises
Breathwork techniques to support movement and recovery
Meditation and nervous system-focused practices
This workshop is designed to help you move beyond passive stretching and develop a deeper understanding of how mobility, strength, breath, and body awareness work together within a sustainable movement practice.
