MOODY yap challenge kick off + personal brand workshop w/ britt from state of brand
You can be excellent at your job and still turn into a different person the second a camera comes out. Stiffer. Vaguer. Weirdly formal.
That's a delivery problem, not a you problem, and it's fixable with reps. So we're doing 30 days of them.
The workshop
Britt from State of Brand opens with the 90 minutes of actual strategy, because 30 days of reps on a message you haven't defined is just 30 days of noise.
→ what you want to be known for, and the POV that makes you distinct
→ turning your experience and personality into pillars you can actually post from
→ the difference between having an audience and building a brand
→ consistency across message, visuals and presence, without copying whoever's trending
→ how a clear brand turns into clients, partnerships, career growth and sales
→ frameworks to audit and sharpen what you've already got
In Britt's words: "Visibility isn't about being everywhere or constantly posting, it's about making sure the right people understand who you are, what you stand for and the value you bring. The strongest personal brands aren't necessarily the loudest, they're the clearest."
Then: 30 days of yapping challenge
Every day we drop a challenge. You film yourself talking to camera. You post it in the MOODY yap challenge channel for feedback from the group, or on your own socials if you're feeling brave.
You might never post a single one publicly. That's allowed. The reps are the point. We tune each other's message and delivery until it actually sounds like you.
Who it's for
Founders building a brand. Corporate girls who need to be visible internally. Creators whose delivery hasn't caught up to their ideas. The challenges work across all of it.
Hosted by
Brooke from MOODY, Britt from State of Brand, and Ari from Athlinq.
