All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for our events due to the nature of the experience and limited capacity. Once a ticket is purchased, it is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for a future event.

If Show Up cancels an event—primarily due to lightning or extreme weather conditions—a full refund will be issued for that session. Please note: rain alone does not qualify for cancellation, and the decision to cancel lies solely with the Show Up organisers.

Exceptions to this policy may be considered in cases of extreme or exceptional circumstances and must be communicated in writing before the event date.
