Deskless Pulse 2026: Executive Launch

The Deskless Pulse is our annual, in-depth survey of South Africa's frontline employees. It looks at how they feel about their work, what daily life asks of them and how they make each payday.

This is our third edition. Close to 8,000 frontline employees took part this year. You'll hear what they said at the event first, a week before the report goes public.

It won't be a long programme of panels. We've taken over The Artistry in Sandton for the evening. Expect drinks, canapés and a cinema-style screening in which frontline employees tell their own stories. There'll be a couple of short talks, and then it's over to good conversation.
