Seeker's Sunrise- Anniversery Meetup 🇨🇦

​This year, for Yes Toronto’s 5th Anniversary, we’ll be hosting a sunrise meetup at 6am on August 30th!

​We will be meeting at:

​📍Trinity Bellwoods Park

​🕛 6 am

​🌅 Sunrise is at 6:30, so show up!

​What to Expect:

• ​Deep conversations with strangers from all over the city

• ​⁠Music

• ​⁠Meditation

​Here’s something to bring:

• ​A blanket or something to sit on

• ​⁠A yoga mat and pillow if you want to join the meditation

• ​⁠Potluck dish (optional but FOOD is always fun)

• ​A jacket - mornings are colder than you think

• ​A friend if possible 😏
