​Join me for a 45 minute sensory chocolate tasting at Fabrik, NYC. This will be a mid‑day, mid‑week activity to revitalize you, featuring three curated chocolate bars paired with tea. It’s like a wine tasting, but with chocolate from around the world. We’ll slow down, taste intentionally, admire the work of nature, farmers, and makers, and connect with each other.
