​Welcome back everyone after the lovely Summer holidays! Sadly, we never got a chance to meet in the park due to weather, however we are so excited for our next session led by Amale—strategist, executive coach, and founder of The Brick Coach.

​In this hands-on session, Amale will guide us through the use of LEGO® Serious Play® to demonstrate how playful, experiential techniques can open up deep dialogue, build trust, and foster psychological safety in ways that traditional facilitation can’t always reach.
