Hacking HR Moldova Chapter: Learning & Development
Making Learning Part of the Culture
Join us for the second event of the Hacking HR Moldova Chapter.
This time, we are turning our attention to Learning & Development and one important question:
How do we make learning a natural part of organizational culture - not just something that happens in training rooms?
Creating a true learning culture goes beyond offering training. It requires engaged managers, a clear connection to business needs, and an ecosystem that makes learning part of everyday work.
We will hear from practitioners who will share concrete cases, approaches, tools, and lessons learned from their own experience.
Topics we will explore:
✅ From Business Needs to Learning Priorities
How do we identify the development needs that truly matter and connect L&D priorities to business goals?
Speaker: Marina Covalciuc, Deputy Director at Victoriabank
✅ Managers as Learning Multipliers
How can we engage managers and turn them into active drivers of learning and development?
Speaker: Elena Donici, Talent Acquisition and Development Manager at Orange.
✅ Building the Learning Ecosystem
What systems, processes, and tools can make learning happen continuously through knowledge sharing, digital learning, internal trainers, peer learning, and more?
Speaker: Inga Galben, HR Director at KEY IVR
The session will be built around real-life case studies, practical examples, and an open conversation about what works, what doesn’t, and what it really takes to build a culture of continuous learning.
Seats are limited to ensure an engaging and interactive experience.
