You know the feeling: a room full of exactly the people you came to meet, and somehow you leave without meeting any of them. Too loud to hear yourself think, too big to know where to start, too easy to end up talking to the one person you already know.
Here's how Tea Time fixes that: You'll pair up, interview each other on what you're looking for and what you can offer, then each add your own answers to a shared board that we pull up together on a screen. You'll see, in real time, who in the room needs what you have — and who has what you need. Then you go talk to them.
But this isn't just for tonight. If enough people find it useful, the board doesn't close when Tea Time ends — it stays open and keeps growing all week, becoming a living directory of who's at Tech Week, what they're building, and what they need.

5:40 — We talk out loud about what we're seeing: who should meet who, what's missing
5:55 — Open time to actually go find your matches and talk
6:15 — We wrap — the board stays live, so keep adding to it all week
