Improv Night (Scene Work)
WHAT: Join us for an improv night focused on scene work! We will warm up with a few games, then practice short scene-based improvisations with a small group.
Each scene starts from a simple script, so you will have words to work with instead of making everything up on the spot. Scene work is a fun way to practice listening, reacting, and trying on different characters in a supportive group.
WHO: Neurodivergent adults who are curious about improv or acting. No experience is needed, but you should be comfortable reading aloud from a simple script. Hosted by Mitchell and Amanda.
WHEN: Monday, November 9, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.
WHERE: The Odyssey School. Park on the Ellingson St. side of the building.
COST: Free.
ACCESSIBILITY: You can always choose to watch a scene instead of joining it, and you can take a break at any time. Support persons are welcome but should RSVP separately.
Odyssey School has small restrooms that are not accessible for individuals who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices.
