​Strong leaders build strong societies.

​LEADER is a one-day workshop for young professional men that provides the practical, intellectual, and moral foundation needed to lead effectively in their own circumstances. Through a mix of talks, and mentorship activities led by accomplished leaders, the program helps participants cultivate the mindset required to thrive as professionals and, when applicable, as young fathers.

​The LEADER workshop is held at Del Mar Residence, a residence for young professional men designed to help them become outstanding professional leaders and future husbands, while growing in their spiritual life.
