

“Am I Doing This Right?” — The New Therapist CE Series
For the moments you second-guess everything. Ever leave a session wondering, “Am I doing this right?” You’re not alone. This CE series helps new therapists navigate self-doubt, ethical gray areas, and burnout with greater confidence, clarity and community.
There are three specialized trainings to choose from for a total of 10 NC-NASW approved CEs including 4 ethics credits!
You can bundle all 3 trainings for discounted rate or purchase individual tickets. There will be multiple dates to choose for each virtual training. All trainings start at 11am.
1- Ethical Self Disclosure for Associate & Newly Licensed Therapists (4 CE) When does therapist self-disclosure help—and when can it do harm? This interactive workshop explores ethical decision-making, professional boundaries, and the intentional use of self in clinical practice. Participants will leave with practical tools for navigating common gray areas with confidence and integrity. Dates offered: 9/12, 12/5 Please note the ethics training is 4 hours so please plan accordingly.
2- Fake It till You Make it? How to honor your impostor voice (3 CE) Many new therapists struggle with self-doubt, despite being highly capable clinicians. This workshop explores how impostor syndrome shows up in clinical work and provides practical strategies for building confidence, strengthening professional identity, and trusting your clinical judgment. Dates offered: 10/9, 1/15/27
3- Practice the Pause: Managing Burnout and Compassion Fatigue for New Clinicians (3 CE) Burnout doesn’t happen overnight. Learn to recognize the early warning signs of compassion fatigue and burnout while developing sustainable practices that support both your well-being and effectiveness as a clinician. Dates offered: 11/14, 1/30/27
