Georgian cooking class
Discover the spices and aroma of beautiful and rich Georgia through my cooking class!
You will learn four different recipes:
1. Mchadi (salty corn cakes with or without cheese)
2. Badrijani nigvzit (eggplants with spicy walnut paste)
3. Georgian salad (tomato and cucumber salad with an unexpected twist)
4. Pelamushi (grape juice desert).
We will start with an introduction to Georgian cuisine and basic safety in the kitchen. After we will start cooking the meals, I will guide you through the process and mentor you. When we are done, we will set the table together, eat the food that we cooked and drink Georgian wine.
You will receive printed out recipes of all the dishes at the end of the event.
