Join United Nations Association of Greater Philadelphia for an outdoor gathering in a backyard garden to celebrate World Refugee Day 2026.
Come together with community members, advocates, and friends to honor the strength and resilience of refugees and to build the connections that make Philadelphia a more welcoming city.
Speakers include Sarorng (Rorng) Sorn, Director of Immigration/Refugee Affairs for the Philadelphia DBHIDS, Charlie Ellison, Director of the Philadelphia Office of immigrant Affairs, and Yawa Kugbe, with a short poetry reading
We'll serve light refreshments. This is a garden/outdoor event, please dress accordingly.
