The Interval Community Meet-Up: Join The Longest Table
Share a Meal with The Interval at The Longest Table Chelsea
Where can you find over 2,000 diverse New Yorkers gathered in harmony around one long table down a city block, with strangers forging friendships, friends making deeper connections, and inventive tablescapes and shared dishes every few steps? That's The Longest Table Chelsea, and we're excited to welcome the Interval community there.
Fellow Interval members Stacie and Elley will serve as table captains for an Interval community table at The Longest Table Chelsea on Sunday, October 4 at 12 PM, on W. 21st St. between 9th and 10th Avenues. It's free, and it's a potluck. Significant others are welcome, too. We care most about creating space for real connection and unhurried conversation, and we'd love for you to join.
The Longest Table movement began in Chelsea, co-founded by our own Maryam Banikarim, and neighbors from across the city turn out to be part of it. Last year's table was full of fun: we made new friends and marveled at the array of feasts. We're looking forward to creating new magic with you this year.
*Kindly register by September 23 to let us know if you can join, whether a significant other will be coming with you, and what dish you'd like to bring. We'll follow up to confirm details.*
