Teamscape Lab: The Problem Solving Dilemma
The level at which you see a problem is the level at which you solve it.
Resources are not just data and analysis. They are the mental maps people bring to a room. How concrete or abstract, how linear or systemic. And those maps shape everything from what gets defined as the problem to what counts as a solution.
In this live, in-person lab, you will:
Explore how your team approaches problem analysis, whether that means focusing on specific cause-and-effect chains or mapping broader patterns and interdependencies, grounding in concrete data or reasoning through conceptual frameworks.
Map your own style, work through a real-time challenge with others who see it differently, and experience exactly where that gap creates confusion or clarity.
For people working closely with teams who want a practical lens on why diagnoses diverge and how to build shared understanding across different ways of thinking.
*This structured, hands-on experience will be faciliated by Jörg Schmitz (The Inclusive Leadership Institute) with a somatic practice guided by Marcelina Drozd and hosted by Jeremy Brian.
