PDX POST NIGHT

​For our next event, we’ll be joined by a few special guests. Garett Stenson, who’s producing a hybrid film event called MIXED*, will kick things off with a quick overview of their upcoming film and story showcase—created to bridge the gap between traditional cinema and emerging technology.

​For the main presentation, we’ve invited Dan Ortiz (aka Dan the Animator) to give a talk on Motion Design in the Age of AI. In this session, Dan will share how he integrates generative tools into his workflow—highlighting where automation helps, where craft still leads, and how to keep the human touch alive in a graphic that moves. Expect live demos, candid insights, and a thoughtful look at how AI can amplify—rather than replace—the artistry of motion.
