From Vision to Action: Personalised Diabetes & Obesity Care under the EU Safe Hearts Plan

​This event, organised by the European Diabetes Forum (EUDF) and hosted by MEP Prof. Ignazio R. Marino, will focus on the EU Safe Hearts Plan’s third pillar: personalised treatment and care.

​It will also mark the launch of the EUDF’s policy recommendations on personalised care in the cardiometabolic context, contributing to the upcoming Council Recommendation on personalised treatment.

​Bringing together MEPs, the Commissioner for Health, healthcare professionals, and people living with diabetes and obesity, the discussion will explore how EU-level ambition can be translated into meaningful action at country level.
