About Event
This class/dance jam will introduce grounded and aerial progressions for easeful musicality and flow with the static pole.
Expect to challenge your mobility and coordination in healthy ways : )
Sometimes sensual, sometimes, playful, always committed to “feeling it”.
This class is built to help you ride the beat as you move up, down, and around.
