Breathwork & Sound Therapy
This 90-minute journey artfully combines breathwork and sound therapy. You will be guided through intentional breathing techniques to cultivate energy and presence, followed by a deeply immersive sound meditation.
The soundscape will feature the melodic tones of handpan, the clear resonance of singing bowls, delicate Koshi chimes, and the profound vibrations of an Altai shamanic drum and a Bhutanese gong.
This inclusive community gathering is an invitation for all to set a fresh, intentional rhythm and enhance the senses through the nervous system regulation.
