About Event

Yoga 4 Queer Bodies is an accessible, celebratory movement & meditation class designed specifically by and for the LGBTQIA+ community.

In mainstream wellness spaces, our bodies are too often overlooked, misgendered, or expected to fit rigid norms. This class is an antidote to that. Together, we’ll move through accessible posture sequences, grounding breathwork, and deep rest in an environment where every expression of identity, body type, and ability level is fully honored. We will also spend some time talking about what's happening in society that particularly affects people who are on the margins of society. Yoga, after all, is not just about movement but also about social justice.

No experience needed. Come as you are, move as you feel.

What to bring: A mat (if you have one), water, and whatever helps you feel comfortable.

Attire: Whatever lets you move freely and feel like you. Bring your best self and gender!

Come connect with alignment, breathe without judgment, and build community in a space created just for you.

This is a free event with suggested donations to keep the program running.
