What's Actually Happening Inside Your Body

Recurrent UTIs and chronic bladder pain affect hundreds of millions of women globally yet one of the most important contributing factors is almost never talked about: the pelvic floor.

The Wonder Woman Project brings together leading pelvic floor and bladder health experts to explore what's actually happening inside the body, and why the pelvic floor is so often the missing piece that women living with recurrent UTIs and chronic pain have never been told about.

This is a clinical expertise first conversation designed to translate complex knowledge into language women can understand, relate to and act on. This is not a clinical consultation. This is a space to close the gap between expert knowledge and lived experience.

β€‹πŸŒΈ Why This Conversation Matters

  • Connect the dots between pelvic floor dysfunction and recurrent UTIs, bladder urgency, and chronic pelvic pain

  • Translate pelvic floor therapy into clear, accessible insights women can actually use

  • Clarify common misconceptions including why Kegels are not always the answer

  • Share what current clinical knowledge reveals and what treatment pathways actually look like

  • Bridge the gap between clinical expertise and lived experience

β€‹πŸ” What We'll Explore

In this session, we'll explore the role of the pelvic floor in bladder health, pelvic pain, and overall well-being. Our experts will discuss how pelvic floor dysfunction can contribute to symptoms such as urgency, frequency, incomplete emptying, pelvic pressure, and recurrent UTIs, and why these symptoms are often misunderstood or overlooked. We'll also cover the truth about Kegels and pelvic floor exercises, including what movements can help support recovery and which habits may place additional strain on the body. Finally, we'll discuss practical lifestyle strategies, nutrition, self-care habits, what pelvic floor therapy actually involves, and emerging treatment options such as the Emsella Chair, helping women better understand the support and resources available to them.

β€‹β€‹β€‹πŸŽ― What is this session about?

This session brings together pelvic floor health experts to translate complex clinical knowledge into language that is clear, practical, and relevant to the women living with recurrent UTIs, bladder symptoms, and pelvic pain every day.

Pelvic floor dysfunction is one of the most overlooked factors contributing to bladder urgency, frequency, chronic pelvic discomfort, and recurrent UTIs. Yet many women go years without learning about the connection or being referred for appropriate support.

Through expert insights and community discussion, we'll explore the role of the pelvic floor in bladder and pelvic health, common misconceptions about Kegels and exercise, practical lifestyle habits that support recovery, and what pelvic floor therapy actually involves.

This is not a clinical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment guide. It is an educational conversation designed to help women better understand their bodies, ask informed questions, and feel more empowered in their health journey.

β€‹πŸŽ€ Who's on the Panel

Our panel brings together experts in pelvic floor health and women's wellness to help translate complex clinical knowledge into practical, accessible insights.

Rather than formal presentations, our speakers will join as conversation partners sharing expertise, experiences and perspectives in a relaxed and engaging discussion. There will be no slides, no pitches, and no product promotions.

Together, we'll explore the connection between pelvic floor health, bladder symptoms, pelvic pain, movement, recovery, and the everyday questions many women have but rarely get the opportunity to ask.
