2026 Contractor, Closers & Connections (CCC) Beverly Hills Lunar New Year Executive Event
Join us on Thursday, February 19th from 6:00-9:00 PM for our CCC Beverly Hills “Lunar New Year” Private Event at The Cellar!
Held in close alignment with the Lunar New Year, this evening symbolizes renewal, momentum, and strategic alignment as we open 2026 together. The event serves as the first CCC Beverly Hills gathering of the year for our Executive Leadership community, further strengthening our national presence and long-term vision.
Our guest list is thoughtfully balanced to include:
Joint venture partners
Family offices
Real estate development firms
Building owners and operators
Debt lenders and equity providers
Elected officials
Commercial brokers
Economic development directors
With an anticipated attendance of (75-90) distinguished leaders, this Lunar New Year gathering offers a premier opportunity to cultivate meaningful relationships, align capital and vision, and build partnerships designed for long-term prosperity.
Please note: this event is not open to general salespeople or traditional business development roles. Invitations are extended exclusively to C-suite and senior-level executives who are actively shaping the future of commercial real estate.
To preserve the integrity and balance of the room, a limited number of construction-related partners help sponsor these private events and will represent no more than 15% of total attendees. The remaining 85% will consist of professionals directly engaged in the development, management, ownership, and investment of commercial real estate.
Guests will enjoy a refined networking experience with curated appetizers and drinks, surrounded by peers who share a disciplined, forward-looking commitment to leadership, value creation, and industry impact—fitting for a season centered on abundance and renewal.
In the spirit of the Lunar New Year’s emphasis on generosity and shared prosperity, a portion of the event proceeds will be donated to a local 501(c)(3) charity in Beverly Hills.
