This is the launch of the Raise & Runway community. Oh, and it's a party.

​It's a new community for founders who want to grow without giving up too much equity.

​Growth credit is no longer a niche workaround for founders who cannot raise equity. Used properly, it is a core part of the scale-up funding toolkit. The problem is most founders still do not know when to use it, how to structure it, or what questions to ask. This community should fix that.

​Who's in the room:

​A room full of Series A+ founders, the lenders writing cheques in this market right now (one rep per lender to keep the room balanced), the advisors who know how these deals get structured and the lawyers who make it happen.

​What's on the agenda:
6PM - arrive: Grab a cocktail and start networking

​7PM - the important bit (part 1): An honest chat with a special guest who has some unique insights and the big industry players setting the record straight

​7.30PM - the important bit (part 2): Three lenders, 90 seconds each, one question: why should a founder take your money over equity?

​8PM - till late: DJ, canapés, drinks and music till late.
