🌅“心成”家人的破晓户外能量聚会-9月12日
新加坡/ 马来西亚心成的伙伴们将被邀请出席破晓打拳活动，时间是在周六，9月12日早上6.45am，地点在Botanic Gardens 植物园跟大家一起打破晓拳定课！这项活动：
1️⃣ 让我们有机会聚在一起
2️⃣ 助力强身健体
3️⃣ 帮助我们检视并调整拳法动作的准确度
因为当我们给予支持时，自己也会获得支持💪🏼

06.55～ 07.45 打破晓拳 + 修整
07.45 丹气慢跑
8.00～9.30 享受早餐和心灵飨宴主题分享
9.30～活动结束。
