Join us at the “Hub” at Harlem Health Center on Tuesday, December 1st, 2026, starting 6:00 PM as we expand and recast our DIH Catalysts and Conversations (C&C) Series.
This December 1st C&C will focus on solutions and actionable steps to advance healthcare access for a newly developing FQHC Consortium in East Harlem.
Streams for conversation will include access to new therapeutics (clinical trials inclusion); minimizing care disruption from implementation of HR-1; and the use of technology and innovation to help address priority challenges across the consortium!
