Somewhere along the way, you stopped playing.
Maybe life got busy. Maybe you had to grow up too fast. Maybe play never felt safe to begin with. Either way, the little girl you were didn't disappear. She's still in there, waiting to be seen.
The way you rest, the way you laugh, the way you let yourself be held all trace back to her. When she's ignored, it shows up as burnout, numbness and a life on autopilot. When she's cared for, something in you softens.
This interactive session brings you back to her through connection, creativity, play and community building exercises in a circle of women who understand.
In this session, you’ll:
✦ Ease in with a short look back at our first two sessions, so first-timers feel right at home
✦ Say what you’ve never said out loud, safely and anonymously, and feel the relief of being truly seen
✦ Offer comfort to another woman’s younger self and receive words meant just for yours
✦ Move through playful stations made to calm your nervous system and bring back your laugh
✦ Rest whenever you need to, in a space made for softness
✦ Leave with simple ways to care for the little girl in you, every day
Some of us had a childhood full of play. Some of us had to grow up way too fast. Every version of her is welcome here.
This is a space rooted in truth, anchored to God and shared with women carrying similar experiences. Snacks will be served. The kind your younger self will recognize. Small gift to take home.

Please arrive on time, as we'll start promptly. Dress comfortably, since we'll be moving between play stations and seated on cushioned flooring for parts of the session.

About Samar
Samar spent sixteen years leading teams in corporate retail until burnout brought her to a breaking point. Without knowing whether she could afford it, she overhauled her life, stepped back to part-time and placed her full surrender in Allah. Somehow, things worked out. What followed was nearly a decade of quietly doing her own work to come back to herself, and Pure Beings was born from that return.
She is currently pursuing a certification in neuroscience, deepening her understanding of how beliefs form in the brain and how they can be rewired. Her approach blends faith, neuroscience, somatic practice, ancestral wisdom and personal development into something singularly hers. It isn't a borrowed framework. It's built from lived experience and rooted in the belief that real validation comes only from God.
She doesn't teach theory. She walks women home.
