Track Night
Summers over, autumn has arrived and that means the sun is setting sooner. We are adjusting the start time to 6PM going forward to accommodate for daylight. Please bring a water, some speed shoes, and whatever else you think you need! No restrooms available, so make sure you take care of business beforehand!!
🔥 WORKOUT:
5K Pace Work Pyramid:
Hold your 5K pace (7-8 RPE) for:
1. 400m, followed by a 45 sec break
2. 800m, followed by a 1 min break
3. 1200m, followed by a 90 sec break
4. 800m, followed by a 1 min break
5. 400m
**Optional for advanced runners: Work in another 1200m at the top of the pyramid.
