GDC Demo Day

Put on an EEG headset, try BrainWaves, and meet the Gotham Data Clinic team.

What does your brain do when you pay attention? Find out at GDC Demo Day. Wear an EEG headset and watch your own brain activity appear on screen in BrainWaves, the app NYC high school students use to design and run their own neuroscience experiments.

Drop by the NYC PIT Pop Up at the Oculus to try BrainWaves yourself, see how students go from a question to real results, and talk with the GDC team about what we are building. There are no presentations, just hands-on science.

What to expect

• A hands-on BrainWaves demo with a real EEG headset

• Conversations with the GDC team

• A look at how NYC students use BrainWaves to invent and run their own experiments
