This isn’t just a beach day. We'll be tapping into our inner child through a gentle journal prompt and nostalgic beach activities.
At this GWE Beach Day, your body is a vessel to experience the beach, not an object to be stared at or criticized. We’ll be focusing on how we feel rather than how we look, and it’s so much easier to do that when you're surrounded by other gorls who are doing the same, decentering body image and re-centering who we are as people.
