​On September 19, Wildroot Farm opens its gates for a day built around one idea: wellness isn't one thing — it's everything. Body, land, food, spirit, community, rest. We're bringing all of it to one table.

​Wander the farm and stop wherever calls to you. Sit down with experts who can help with the things you've been meaning to get to. Browse a market of women-owned makers and wellness brands worth spending your time and money on. Eat something good. Sit in the quiet. Stay ten minutes or stay all day — there's no wrong way to do this one.

​This isn't a conference. There's no schedule to keep up with and nowhere you have to be. It's a farm, a table, and the women who make both worth gathering around.
