

Yoga Practice (60-minute Vinyasa Flow)
Join me for a 60-minute yoga practice to move your body and spirit and quiet your mind through yoga asana, pranayama, mantra and dynamic movement.
What can I expect from this yoga class?
Expect physical movement practices designed to build heat (tapas), move energy through your body, and bring attention inward to deepen your connection to your physical body & emotional landscape. We *WILL have savasana and a closing after. Please stay for this :)
Is this class beginner friendly?
While some previous experience with yoga would make this practice easier to follow, as I will be cueing poses by name and spending more time focusing on your internal experience and connecting this to the expression of asana, as opposed to demoing each pose myself, I would not consider this to be an intense physical practice or 'advanced' class, and all are welcome!
Ticket Pricing: $5-25 sliding scale.
Suggested investment if it doesn’t impact your housing/food/health budget: $15.
