​An intimate afternoon of guided breathwork, meaningful conversation and photography for women who are craving something more genuine than traditional networking.

​Most networking events ask you to perform, introduce yourself, make small talk and leave with a handful of business cards.

​This is the opposite of that.

​Here, you'll meet other women through guided conversation and shared experience, allowing connection to happen naturally.

​Join breathwork facilitator Bridgitte Tran and photographer Sarah Fountain for a relaxing afternoon designed to help you slow down, meet like-minded women and build authentic relationships.

​You'll be thoughtfully paired with another woman of a different age or life stage and guided through a series of connection prompts designed to spark honest conversation.

​You'll then be guided through a grounding breathwork session with Bridgitte. Sharing this experience together often creates a sense of calm, presence and connection that's difficult to access in our busy everyday lives.

​Throughout the afternoon, Sarah will quietly document the experience through photography, capturing the moments that can't be posed. Each pair will also receive a professionally photographed portrait together.

​After the event, you'll receive access to a gallery of images from the afternoon.
