About Event

Sometimes it can feel like you're a bit powerless, sitting in between retailers, co-packers and ingredient suppliers. But if you can be subject to shocks and changes in your supply chain (and you are!), then you can also take proactive action to build resilience into your business and be better prepared when the next shock comes (and it will!).

Your brand might not have started to feel the impact of climate change. Others will have felt it already. Geopolitical uncertainty is causing chaos if you go anywhere near the Middle East, whether you're purchasing or selling, and I think El Niño is something every brand should have on their radar. Then there's incoming sustainability regulation (EPR, DRS, EUDR I'm looking at you guys!).

Knowing where to start can feel totally overwhelming...So I've pulled together a free workshop to give you something tangible to set up and a plan to follow over the next 90 days. If you work in ops at a challenger brand I want to help you make some progress on this!

In 60 minutes we'll work through six steps:

  1. How to map your exposure

  2. Where to focus on re-costing

  3. How to speak to your suppliers

  4. How to open retailer conversations

  5. Which triggers you need to agree with your leadership team

  6. What best practice looks like for all the data you'll need

You'll leave with:   • A written 90-day plan, saved in a tool you can come back to   • Scheduled drop-ins across the 90 days, to talk with your peers about how its going and the barriers and opportunities you've run into
