About Event

You are invited to a Christmas party with a difference. As an expert and speaker network, we're all about helping strategy and innovation teams learn what they don't know from the people they wouldn't ordinarily meet. This is us: https://www.warriorgrp.com/

JOIN WARRIOR GROUP'S FOUNDER KARLA MORALES-LEE FOR AN INSPIRING INNOVATION FIELD TRIP TO ELVIS & KRESSE'S FARM AND WORKSHOP

For decades, ‘sustainability’ has been the go-to buzzword in boardrooms. But minimisation is no longer enough. Regenerative business is set to be a central theme for the next decade.

But what does "regenerative business" really mean? Why does it matter? Where are the proven examples?

Join our invitation-only event for Warrior Group's clients and advisors: a Warrior field trip exploring the future of regenerative business.

Why attend

  • Meet the Warrior Group team and other clients and advisors. Our advisors are senior clients and consultants from She Changes Climate, Mondelēz International, Bain, JCB and more.

  • Connect with other strategic foresight, innovation and strategy C-Suite to broaden your personal network. Our clients and partners include Accenture, Kantar Consulting, EY+, Dell and more.

  • Take time away from the office to learn in practical terms what a regenerative business model looks like.

  • Get out in nature and breath in the Kent countryside.

  • Easy transportation. 1 hour train from London and a coach booked to take attendees to and from the event.

About Elvis & Kresse

Elvis & Kresse stands out as a leading example of a regenerative business model, transforming waste materials into high-quality luxury goods while actively restoring environmental and social systems. Founded in 2005, the company began by reclaiming decommissioned London Fire Brigade hoses—materials otherwise destined for landfill—and turning them into elegant bags, belts, and accessories. Beyond circularity, Elvis & Kresse embeds regeneration into every part of its operations: 50% of profits are donated to charities such as the Fire Fighters Charity, and partnerships with organizations like the Burberry Foundation enable large-scale reclamation of leather offcuts. The company’s closed-loop manufacturing, renewable energy use, and community-driven ethos redefine what it means to create value—proving that profitability, restoration, and resilience can coexist at the heart of modern enterprise. Beyond fashion, Elvis & Kresse are increasingly embracing regenerative farming and soil-health practices as part of its broader regenerative business model, actively shifting from being purely a waste-recycling luxury accessory business into an organisation that restores land and ecosystems, embodying the “regenerative business” model rather than just circular.
