​Yes! You can buy multiple tickets in one go and bring friends along.
​What clothes do I need?
​Wear your usual sportswear or anything loose and comfortable to move in.
​What is NYAandFriends?
​NYAandFriends is a community-driven movement that encourages people to stay active, try new activities, and build friendships whilst making fitness fun.
​We host sports and exercise classes that enable our community to try new things and add some variety to their usual training.
​Because staying healthy should be enjoyable and everything’s better with friends (plus we’re bored of just lifting weights!)
​​​​Do I need to be friends with NYA or even know him to come?
​Of course not, that’s the whole point! It’s open to all and hopefully you will leave with a new friend (or not, it’s your choice.)

​Sessions will vary in intensity, based on the sport/exercise class. Our badge system will help you know what level of intensity and sweat to expect:
