Women Who Lead | Coffee & Leadership Conversations
Meet other women in leadership, bring something you’re navigating and leave with a clearer next step as well as people you can keep connecting with.
Leading people can bring up situations you don’t quite know how to handle, even when you’re good at your job. And if you’re living abroad or managing a team remotely, you might not have people nearby you can easily talk them through with.
Maybe you’re putting off a difficult conversation, struggling to delegate, questioning a decision or wondering how to set a boundary without letting your team down.
Women Who Lead is a small community for women who want to feel more confident leading people and build connections with other women who understand the responsibility that comes with it.
We meet over coffee to get to know each other, share real leadership challenges and help each other find a way forward.

WHAT HAPPENS?
Come with one real leadership situation you’d like help thinking through. You don’t need to prepare anything formal. It could be:
Feedback you’re unsure how to give.
A team member who keeps pushing back.
Work you’re struggling to hand over.
A boundary you need to set.
A decision you keep second-guessing.
We’ll start with introductions and time to get to know each other - who you are, what you do and what brings you along.
Then everyone will briefly share their situation. We’ll explore shared themes and work through examples together, with coaching and facilitation from me, Eleanor.
You’ll contribute your own experiences, hear different perspectives and have support identifying a practical next step. The group is kept small so everyone has room to be part of the conversation.
The aim is to leave with a clearer way forward, more confidence to act and a few new friends in your corner.

WHO'S IT FOR?
Maybe you’re a founder leading your first team, a digital nomad managing people across time zones, or stepping into your first leadership role. Or perhaps you’ve been leading for a while but still find yourself overthinking, avoiding certain conversations or doubting your judgement.
Whatever your situation, if you’re responsible for leading people and would value support and connection with other women, there’s a seat at the table.
No pitching or formal presentations - just thoughtful conversation, practical support and good coffee.
The idea is to build a community you can return to: familiar faces, new connections and women you can keep learning alongside as you grow in leadership.
