Join us on the terrace of this gorgeous private members club, The Arding Rooms for a 45 minute BODIED workout.
BODIED is a full body sculpt class combining strength and dynamic Pilates inspired movement. Music driven, high energy and suitable for all levels.
Mats and equipment will be provided. Please bring water and arrive ready to move.
