In this session we break down the landscape of gut microbiome testing: from sequencing-based approaches (DNA vs RNA), to targeted qPCR panels, to host biomarkers like calprotectin and zonulin. We cover what is available locally and internationally, the technology behind each method, and - most importantly - what each test can and cannot actually tell you in clinical practice.
