Recalibrate: How to Find Balance in New York
Recalibrate: How to Find Balance in New York
A 90-minute workshop for ambitious New Yorkers who want to keep their edge without burning out.
New York rewards speed, and it sells us a story: that to be ambitious here, you have to run hot, and burnout is just the price of admission.
We don't buy it. Calm doesn't mean achieving less. In this small-group workshop, you'll find where you're out of balance, see clearly what balance would look like for you, and leave with a concrete plan to get there.
What we'll do:
Map your balance with a coaching tool that shows you in minutes where you're over-investing and where you're running on empty.
Reset your nervous system with a guided breathwork session. No experience needed.
Visualize what balance looks like for you, in a guided exercise.
Name what's in the way of you living in balance, and connect with others who get it, too.
You'll leave with:
A personal recalibration plan, with one change and your first step this week
A reset practice you can do between meetings or on the subway
Connections with people who get the New York pace
