THE HOST
Tania R. Lizarbe is a scientist, explorer, and certified coach passionate about guiding people toward meaningful change.
With a PhD in Biochemistry and over 15 years of experience studying human transformation, she blends science and self-discovery to help others reconnect with their purpose. Through her workshops, Tania creates honest and grounded spaces where reflection turns into action.
