Santa's on Strike! Stakeholder Mapping exercise & Crazy 8s with Sowmya Chandra

​Santa is officially on strike, leaving the entire holiday gift-delivery operation at risk. Kids are still expecting presents, elves are scrambling to reorganize workflows, reindeer logistics are falling apart, and parents are unsure how to manage expectations. The North Pole urgently needs a new system, service, or experience to keep Christmas running without Santa at the center.

In this one-hour workshop, we’ll map out the North Pole’s ecosystem using a stakeholder mapping to identify who’s most impacted by Santa going on strike. From there, we’ll use a rapid-sketching method (Crazy 8s) to generate creative, UX-focused solutions for keeping Christmas running smoothly.

By the end, participants will understand the broader stakeholder landscape and leave with design concepts inspired by real UX practices.
